Operating under Company Kuttib Allagheh Translation, C-KAT is led by Dr. Mohamad Ali, a licensed German-to-English and English-to-German legal translator and the founder of the renowned UAE-based firm Sim-Trans Legal Translation & Interpretation Services, bringing international translation standards and expertise to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
